If the wrong item had only been one screwdriver the normal response to 'it's not what I ordered' is to send you another one of not what you ordered, They have saved you two phone calls assuming you would give up after that. Alternative reason: you are supposed to use them like chopsticks to grip things.

Michael,

Gotcha! Advertiser made package attractive enough to intrigue you and make you part with your Dosh, being the objective of selling anything.

OK as screwdrivers but wouldn't risk them on 240V..........
