Welcome Martin. What sort of items are you intending to make with your machinery, when tooling manufacture finishes?

Hi Martin welcome to the forum. There's loads of help on here as well as you may be helpful to others on here. There is a tab at the top of the page called forums and at the top of the list is Website FAQ. On there is how to post pictures and lots of info on the site that helps to negotiate here.

Welcome aboard!

On here, help is often a two way road.

Reading most of the posts (if not all ) is very informative, even if it doesn't apply directly to your machine.

Enjoy yourself!

When things become a bit more normal, do find a local M E Club and join to meet with fellow enthusiasts

thanks for the welcome i do know the local M E club been going to there open day for years

so far made a couple of car related items and as i have always liked US cars will most likely carry make more non standard parts for my 72 Ranchero. currently planning to make a tool grinder as will only be able to make a mess with blunt tools. can do turning tools free hand, milling cutters free hand don't leave a nice finish and my drill grinding was good but is no more

If it is any help, I made a Worden Cutter Grinder. But have only used it to grind a few lathe tools, even fewer End Mills, and four facet grind drills,

There are a number of other designs on the market, with varying degrees of complexity.

But, they bare all useful tools.
