438 forum posts 2 photos	Similar knobs are used in electronic equipment for potentiometers and rotary switches, most are for 1/4 inch diameter shafts, and these are readily available as spares and for home constructors of electronic equipment. Other sizes are less common. Try googling "potentiometer knob" or "RS components" Rod
