Are subscriptions being delayed because of the lockdown?

I ordered the three for a pound MEW offer, getting on for a month ago. It included the direct debit details needed for further issues.

Since then I have heard nothing not even an acknowledgement. Last time I checked there was no sign of a direct debit on my bank account either.

I appreciate that these are difficult times and delay may well be the normal. Just a touch bothered in case the order has been lost.

I ordered mine on the previous offer to yours - late March, early April (can't remember, the email is not on this machine and I can't be bothered to go and look!) and my first issue is the one due at the end of May.

These things appear to take time.

As I said in another thread recently a subscription will start with the next issue to be published, as MEW is now running a longer 5 week span due to Covid it is quite possible you took out the sub just after the last one and next is not due for about another week.

Check your spam folder as it has been know for the e-mail to be sitting there.

Yes, we have had to move to a 5-week cycle, so the next issue should be with subscribers at teh end of next week ro early the following week. Subject to vagaries of local delivery at the moment.

In such cases 294 will be your first issue.
