Heaps of good technical information and pointers for machining and worth watching but like many Youtube videos too much un necessary waffle. Video could have been reduced to 1 hour or less.

If you think £20 will take the wife shopping for 90 minutes im not suprised you havnt got a wife (only joking)....give her £150 and you might be in with a chance.

For those that don't know Debolt where the video was taken are a well known supplier of hit and miss engine kits in the US as well as making complete engines and a line of machined smaller parts for them. I have made a couple of their engines.

Think I'll keep the £150 and put that towards another enginewink

Thanks for the link JB...never heard of them, but they make some nice, if expensive complete engines. Going to take a few cancelled shopping trips to get this...**LINK**

very nice but don't know which tape-measure they were using -
12 1/16" flywheels, total height 11 1/2" 4/10 scale

They used the right tape on the flywheel, I was asked to make one of those for someone but flywheel was a bit too big for may lathe. about 21 1/2" tall so a typo.

They only do limited runs of their engines which is why there are not many listed and they are quite sort after.
