![]() 25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles | Doubt it will affect performance. Could be filled with JB Weld before you hone the cylinder. Also make sure you poke some thin wire down into the steam passages as they often have core sand left in them which won't do the engine much good. |

![]() 19226 forum posts 749 photos 86 articles | That tiny hole would have been fine with JB Weld or similar, the only real issue would have been the risk of it damaging piston packing, its impact with a piston ring would be tiny. Good on Stuarts for replacing it though. Neil |
