There's usually plenty of Myford parts on eBay UK. Even Myford themselves post on there, but also plenty of secondhand parts. Sometimes you can get lucky on Gumtree too, but not so much.

ML:7 were never yellow, only Myford woodworking machines used yellow. Myford Grey is the correct colour for a ML7.

Hmmm - I don't want to sound like a Golgafrinchan and a pedant....

You're right about the main colour but the gap between the ways on my old ML7 which is original (because I can't and won't be ar$ed to paint it) and the same yellow as the woodwork machines. Is mine the only one? - I doubt it.

You may want to make use of the "Wanted" section of the free classifieds both on the site and in ME/MEW

The gap between the ways on my ML7 is a sort of creamy yellow colour, the main body is grey (all original).

I'm intrigued - how does a Super 7 go from expensive brand-new to needing that many replacement parts?

And I am intrigued as to where the 'expensive brand new' came from?

Andy Bailey's Super 7 may well be 40+ years old and have suffered abuse/use from many clumsy people!sad
