![]() 523 forum posts 95 photos | Hello all, could anyone who has fitted one of these offer me any help. They have supplied a new end bearing plate ( on the right ) i thought i maybe have to replace the current plate ( one on the left ) with this one as this is the correct size to fit within the grey mounting plate, but there is no thrust bearing for the drive gear to pull up against, have they supplied the wrong plate ? Thanks for any help.

I'm surprised that Warco didn't offer any assistance. I made my own power feed arrangement so retained the original end plate & bearing. |

They have said i can return the feed so might just do that.
At their cost, I would hope, if they have made modifications to their specific model and nobody from their end 'flagged it up' before sending you the wrong item. Question is:what are they (or you) going to replace it with? Power feed is a great improvement for most of us (I certainly cannot get the same finish by traversing manually).

![]() 523 forum posts 95 photos | Hello Mark, sorry for the delay, no shed time recently... Couple of photos below. I had to alter the original bearing bracket, just drilled a couple of extra dowels then cut about 10mm of each end. One point to note, when i asked warco for some photos of the assembly they sent a photo of one in their showroom, this had a completly differant gear setup, not sure where this came from but if they had sent this type it would have been no use, i can post this photo if i can find it. Thanks. |
