As I start to cut the frames for my next small loco project CLOISTER, I am looking round for a supplier of “K” type thick walled copper tube 64mm / 2 ½” diameter for the boiler. I have done a fair bit of searching but to no avail. I am obviously looking in the wrong places. Anyone have any suggestions?

Last time I recommended someone to do a search I was accused of being rude, so to make amends....Macc models, 16g, £25 per foot. Hope this helps.

As said above use C106, the K grade is an american grading system which Julius has spec'd on his drawing

Fizzy

I am not the least (or at the moment anyway) interested in copper tube but nonetheless I thank you for not being rude! (particularly after the weeks earlier fracas !)
