16 forum posts | I know this defeats the purpose of the whole live steam experience but I was wondering if anyone uses propane instead of coal? If so, what kind of results are you seeing? Are there any companies selling burner kits for locos? |

16 forum posts | Thank you all for your quick replies! I understand that steaming with LPG defeats the whole aesthetics of the hobby. However, all of my vehicles run on LPG, even my lawn mower and strimmer. So I figure why not convert one of my little locos to run on the "going Green Gas" too keeping up with the pattern. I have five locos, one of which is the 5" G Metro, If i can find the article that duncan was talking about, I would like to try it on LPG. Please let me know If anyone has any further information on where I may be able to find this article? |
