I’ve just viewed your stl in Safari on the iPad, Steve

Amazing what functionality has become commonplace over the last few years.

Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks Steve. With your permission I'll add the file to the Thingiverse page.

I'll also install designspark, as it will run on my old 32bit Dell, so thanks again.

Fwiw, there's an online version of Sketchup here which you can use in a browser window and it allows you to export into an STL file which is then downloaded to your computer.

Hi

I'm glad the file was ok. I have now broken it down to individual parts so you can print with any support or colours for you. Download from the same link. Designspark is still free from RS components. Download it from here

Designspark is much better than sketchup for mechanical parts if you dont fancy Fusion 360

regards

Steve

I downloaded the STL from Thingiverse but it wouldn't print on my Ultimaker. It turned out that some of the components were not on the base plane. I retrieved the SKP file, moved things around a bit, saved as STL and it's now printing OK.

Gary, thanks for that, I was a little concerned about the conversion file not having the ability to open it myself. If you could send me the modified STL I will exchange it for the one in the files section so that it doesn't go wrong for anyone else.
