I couldn't see any offers for £20 on those re-directed pages.

I assume the same offer will be made for Mothers day (wouldn't want MHS to be seen as sexist).

Hmmm.

Digital only £10 cheaper than a paper copy, and NO way of printing pages that I can see, so it's a miss for me!

I have paper versions from day one of both magazines up until a few years ago, and I can make as many copies of the articles I want to take them into the Workshop and not spoil the original.

Cannot do that with the digital back copies I have on my iPad.

I have no intention of putting them on the Internet, but still treated as . . .!

They were offering me digital for £7.05 less than a paper copy with the promise that if I don't renew I wouldn't be able to continue to see what I had already paid for.

Not sure why anyone would want to have a digital subscription. I wonder if the MHS could indicate how many subscribers they have for each version. My guess is very few are digital only.

I`m still waiting for my very special free gift which or dearly departed previous editor conned us with back in November last year. So no I shall not be partaking of any so called "offers" which MTM or whatever they call themselves this week offer.

I wonder if there are any statistics (wonderful things they are. Ha b#####y Ha) on how many fell for these so called offers.

Rant over.

On the PC ... there are print options for both the "Online Archive" and the PocketMags offline reader.

Online Archive .... Click on the page you want to print, then a small 'Print' tab will appear at the top of the page.

For Offline PocketMags there is a 'Printer' icon at the bottom Left of the screen.

Both options will only print one page at a time. (The PocketMags print is a lot sharper and carry's a faint watermark.

Jo there is a 6 issue trial for £19.99 on the print only versions on those links so just less that £20.

Geoff, as Dave says there is a print option on all the digital versions though only one page at a time

Hi Jo,

It's the six print issue option at £19, I assume:

There is now a 'permanently downloadable' susbscription available.

Flying Fifer,

Easy to rant, but if we don't know about your problem, we can't solve it for you. Free gifts typically arrive in less than six weeks, and if they take longer an email to me should get it put right promptly.

Everyone who has reported a problem with their free gift to me has, as far as I'm aware, received it or an acceptable substitute. I've certainly not heard any ongoing complaints.

If you email me [email protected] with the details of your sub, I shall get it sorted for you.

Dave,

Thanks for the info.

I have only bought a few digital additions via the iPad app and cannot find a print feature anywhrer unless I'm not looking properly.

Geoff - Time to clean the Patio before it gets too hot.

Geoff,

I've just looked at my iPad ... I agree with you, I can't see anywhere to print from within the Packet-Mags Reader on my iPAd ... one for the Tecci's

My experience is that printing anything from an iPhone can be fraught.

Access instructions for different platforms are here:

but I'm afraid they don't include printing details.

Neil

P.S. as I already have subs to ME and MEW , I'm wanting any of the newly re-issued Led Zep albums - if anyone's listening...
