It was featured in Model Engineer in that year, don't have the copies myself but I would imagine that gives a detailed build description. You need to get hold of volumes 144 and 145.

Hi Jason, thanks for quick answering. I have got already all these copies of modell engineer. These are already part of my efforts to prepare my own production drawings. But until today I could not find any picture of this kind of modell.

The pictures attached to relevant issues in that time are showing some big machines in there original locations but never the modell.

kind regards Achim

Hi There

I know something.

The plan is copyright MyHobbyStore Ltd so please do not try and sell any plans or models made from them.

regards David

Dear David,

some weeks ago I have bought the plan from MyhobbyStore for the regular price and not for the special offer (half price). I try here only to find some more information about these projekt because I would like to build this modell.

Also I have spend some more GBP's for the subcription of ME, some single issues of MEW and some more books from MyHobbyStore.

If your above comment, is the only information, you add as a Moderator of this forum to my thread, so I understand that I am wrong here and this was my first and last post.

Kind Regards Achim

I think its a little to do with the translation. What you call "production drawings" are actually just a set of what we would call "working drawings" for your own use and to use your CAD package to model the engine to check for any errors.

David has read Production and wrongly thought you were going to produce models and CAD drawings to sell.

Please continue to post, I for one would like to see your progress with this engine.

David!

Typical bull in a China shop attitude! Don't suppose you worked out that Achims first language was not English and that there may have been some error in the way he describes things.

No wonder people are put off contributing to this forum and its niot the first time you've made a fopar!

I really have to question why you are still a moderator on this forum as your attitude is often negative and arrogant! But certainly in this case not helpful!

If Achim builds a model from his or anyone else's plans and then wishes to sell it he is free to do so.

If it became a commercial venture then it is up to MHS to deal with this not you, you are not their employee and therefore have no place to make judgement!

David, know your place!!!!!!!!!

I have built several models from plans published in. ME and on MHS and sold them on and will continue to do so, I build them, I own them, I can sell them!!!!!
