2 forum posts | I am having difficulty viewing digital pages when zoomed in sufficiently to view text. This is on my desktop and 19 inch monitor. Pages print fine and occasionally a page will appear that is perfectly clear although others in the same magazine are blurred when zoomed. I'm not sure whether the problem is at my end or the web page resolution. I need to sort this out as my digital subscription is coming up for renewal and I may decide to terminate it as it seems pointless having to print a page in order to read it. Any ideas??

2 forum posts | Hello Jason, A strange thing – in response to your email I went back into the digital issues and suddenly I don’t have a problem. The only noticeable thing is that a blurry page displays and then, half a second later, all the text becomes sharp. I had started to play around with the Sharpen Text tab in the Control Panel Display option (W7) earlier today after I emailed you and wonder if this has “mended” it. All I can do is be thankful and hope it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your help. Mike

Mike, Image pages are often set to load like this ... you are getting a preview instead of just staring at a blank screen or part of a picture I presume that your earlier problems were to do with bandwidth [and the page had not fully loaded] Hopefully all is well now.
