I just looked at the ME Digital subscription page. As far as I can see, a subscription gives access to issues from 2001-2007 plus the "current issue".

I have to assume that there is no access to issues from 2008 to the current issue and that, presumably, the "current issue" is no longer accessible when it is replaced by the next issue (since it would then no longer be current).

Is that really what this means? It doesn't seem like a great number of issues that can be accessed as an archive (although there are 26 issues a year I guess) and surely there's more accesss to the current volume than just whatever is the current issue for two weeks.

Thought I'd take the opportunity of this thread to ask why the Digital Issues are downloaded as an "app" on my iPhone / iPad so appears individually, whereas other magazines I subscribe to (Railway Modeller, for instance) appear as magazines on my Newsstand app?

Chris, why not start by looking at the classified ads on this site; i.e Model Engineer/ Model engineers

Workshop, under ' magazines for sale'.

Colin

Chris, for back issues of magazines, you can get them from myhobbystore, I ordered a few at the beginning of the week and they arrived in a couple of days, payment taken by cards or PayPal!
