338 forum posts 17 photos | I'm looking at a Myford 254 Plus that requires a 3 phase supply and I don't have one sadly. I believe it is currently fitted with a 2hp - 3 phase motor. What would the panel suggest I do, inverter or new motor ? Anyone got an idea of cost |

Or if youre feeling really adventurous you could follow what I and many others have done and build a Phase convertor either Static or Rotary. There are some good books in the Workshop Practice series on the subject. Regards Paul
