3 forum posts | Hello everyone, I have found this site really useful in the past but have eventually got round to signing up. I am looking to purchase a milling machine either a Chester Champion 20V or a Warco WM16. I can see a Chester advertised in the classifieds but as a new member I cannot access the contact details. Could anyone please advise? I am interested in small engineering projects including helping my son out with bits for his "cafe racer". Many thanks Dave |

1160 forum posts 73 photos | Hello David Welcome to the forum. You need to make a certain number of posts before you can view adverts - as you have already discovered - so a bit of a conversation here will help. I don't have a mill myself at the moment, and I'm not really into the modelling side of things, but I mainly fix stuff (or make more tools to fix stuff. There's also a thread here where people make a few posts to gain access to the classifieds. Rob |

2742 forum posts 39 photos | Hello David, His name is Geoff Adams, phone 01202 986057. Since you will not be able to contact him by email arrangement until you have posted maybe twice more [to discourage trader abuse of the site] that is all I guess I am able to pass on to you. He wants £775 for it but I have no idea if that is realistic Regards Brian |

3 forum posts | Hi all, Thank you so much for the warm welcome, I am looking forward to catching up on all the interesting posts. I currently have an ML7 lathe and a very old pedestal drill with a cross-slide off a lathe on it - hence looking for a mill I am a retired toolmaker - plastic injection mouldings.
