5 pin stop start switch

![]() 64 forum posts 37 photos | Hi, I’ve bought a 5 pin stop/start switch ….I think I should have got a 4 pin one. I’ve wired the 5 pin in the cable between the wall plug and the drum switch…easy enough but when I press the green start button the lathe springs to life but when I release the green button the lathe stops. I think the green button should stay down until I press the red stop button. The small 5th pin is not in use. Can I somehow use the 5 pin switch ? Or do I need a 4 pin ? |
