Nice looking cover this month. Fascinating looking piece of kit in the main pic. I shall have to buy the mag just to find out what it is. I spent days in the Science Museum when I worked in London years ago. Was the highlight of my trip. (Well, maybe except for the Kiwi backpacker girl in the flat upstairs.)

Often wondered how pre-order differs from order, here it seems the same thing. Maybe its the delivery time.

it's akin to buying a pig in a poke but now the poke is brightly coloured - the pig is still unseen;

Should also ensure you get a copy should demand outstrip supply.

I know nobody asked for opinions on the cover, but...

I like it - nothing difficult to read due to contrasting colours, nice photo of some machinery, list of what's inside.

Only criticism would be the photo overlaying the title - not keen on that, it even obscures the date.

Pre-ordering not only secures your copy, but you should get it through your door a day or two before it hits the shops!
