1193 forum posts 59 photos | Beware the advert in "The For Sale" section for McaFee Antivirus. This is a scam and has been removed in the past. You can get the same program legally for much less money. Can a MOD please look at it again. regards |

1395 forum posts 30 photos | I presume these scammers are not trying to profit on the sale of a product that is probably unnecessary (I speak as a Linux user) and apparently available elsewhere at lower prices but are possibly attempting to sell malware |

1160 forum posts 73 photos | Or possibly direct you to an infected website - there was a link to nor3on or something like that in the ad, which (coupled with the poor grammar) is what first raised doubts for me. And the fact that something was referred to as the 2005 edition Rob |

1193 forum posts 59 photos | Yet another scammer " How to activate MS Office" in the For Sale section. They are at it again.MS Office comes with its own activation system no need to buy one from another party. If a MOD can deal with this please. I have also reported the scam to Microsoft so maybe they can get the website taken down. regards Edited By Oldiron on 15/09/2021 09:19:48 |
