Unusual Trammel Tool??

Hi All,

In this weeks haul was this German made item which appears to be some sort of adjustable trammel tool, possibly incomplete?

Has small roller at one end

What looks like a hole for a pencil with clamp and also a retractable sharp pin

Cannot find anything about the name;

Any thoughts anyone/

Delete all the txt in the address back to the / It will open. Click the menu and select English.
