Sensible price and very original

If it wasn't at the other end of the country I'd already have it

What a well preserved little gem. And a nice box full of change gears and chucks and faceplate to go with it. Even has the C spanner for the headstock bearings do I'm betting it has not had many owners over the years as that stuff almost always goes missing. Very original and unmolested looking. Could be a real buy for someone. And still has the foot treadle! Now that's the way to impress your friends.

Could be a very good entry level lathe for an aspiring model engineer with the addition of an electric motor and countershaft. Cheap enough at the price.

Two very different lathes . A good M Type is well up to any job an ML7 will do and more. The 3 1/2 inch treadle is a lovely thing but nothing like the rigidity of an M. Still , Got to love a Drummond whatever it is.
