You have to love the troubleshooting section with three diffiulties answered:

1) Soldering tip too loose - Tighten soldering tip
2) Charger not working - Send for repair
....and the best one...
3) Heating button not pressed long enough - Press heating button for longer

Can't say I've been impressed with it as a soldering iron but it's been fabulous for killing warts and verrucas
