6 forum posts 5 photos | Hi Does anyone out there have a schematic of the small Hoffman dividing head please? The plunger pin on mine is broken. I must be missing something simple but I cannot find a way to dissemble it. Any diagrams would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

6 forum posts 5 photos | Thanks Thor. I'm awaiting a reply from them, still. Tony, thanks also. I have extracted the top pin that holds the outer shell in place but there doesn't appear to be anything other than magic holding it together beyond that. I'm going to make one and then Mr and Mrs angle grinder will make a visit and report back for future handle lovers. |

7517 forum posts 20 photos | There might be an outside chance that the piece shown is one piece? If so, it may be a case of machining away the broken tip and replacing with a new one. Not a great issue, I would have thought? I expect you may need to be seated if it is one piece and needs replacing by the manufacturer. I know of at least one tool supplier that offers ‘kits’ for around £35, but are likely metric, these days (and likely of lesser quality). |

6 forum posts 5 photos | Brilliant pic Mark. How does the plunger (part 3 from the top) fit into the body (part 2)? Is it pressed? Do you have a pic of the right hand side, as we look. of both those parts please. |
