I liked the small welded fabrication aspect Celso, simple MMA and it looked vey good after grinding. The oil quench was a bit hairy - definitely an outside job.

A well made and useful Blacksmiths tool though. Well done and thank you for sharing!

IanT

Very good, you made it look easy. But many operations.

I too liked the pivot.

Do you read the English OK, or do you translate?

Regards, Bear..

Dear friend Bear, I understand a little English, I get a little confused when people
use slang or very technical or specific words, except that I can communicate
reasonably well

Celso Ari,

If you do not understand a word, try the translator and if its still a bit confusing, private message the person who posted it. Never be afraid to ask, one or more of us will try to explain things. Not helpful that there is different slang used in different areas of UK and some things have a different name depending on which part of the country. An English Lake is an Irish Lough or a Scottish Loch. There are many more examples.

Regards,

John

Celso Ari,

Just watched your youtube on making tongs. Thanks for sharing. I like your design of the joint, might make a set of tongs using your design.

Well done, greetings from Somerset in the UK. Something I have been thinking about for a while so this has given me some inspiration, It is about time i used my welder I have buried in the back of the garage, never used it enough to get past the stick welding itself to the job! Thank you for sharing, interesting to see how many different parts of the world we get posts from on this forum.

Best regards

Bill D.
