I see Model Boats are suspending publication for the foreseeable future, is there any risk of ME & MEW going the same way?

Good question particularly after receiving a email offering 6 issues for a £1 and model boats being one of them !

Full details for MEW here, I put this up on the 190th but no-one seemed to notice! In short we are going to a slightly publication cycle for 6 months.

The situation for ME is pretty much the same.

We are committed to keeping the magazines moving as long as the printers and distribution are in place.

Ah that's why I missed it, I'm used to the gregorian calendar that has a max of 31 days in a month Neil winkdevil

They were both a bit slow getting put onto the system here and expect the same on Pocketmags but bot ME and MEW are there now.

The last ME that I have seen on Pocketmags is 4635, and that went up some time back. I hope it appears soon because I am following the series about the boat.

The email about suspending overseas deliveries was a bit unclear. Did she mean that the issues will be held back and delivered later? I hope so, since my collection is complete from 1944 on.

So I go into the subscription site and get a message taht my subscription is suspended, whatever that means. So maybe it needs renewing? But when I try to renew I get this message:

Sorry, we are currently unable to complete your order because either we don't ship to your country or you have products with mixed payment types in your basket.
Please call Customer Services on 0844 543 0064 (UK), +44 1604 251043 (International) to complete your order.

So Ok, maybe they don't ship here at the moment, but hopefully this will be possible again soon and I would like to get the magazines eventually. Meanwhile, I can't even get the digital one.

John I'm not sure of the exact arrangements for overeseas at the moment but I have just logged in as you and been able to view the magazine on this site, can't check Pocketmags as no password.

Hi Jason,

I've also received an email explaining that the shipping of MEW overseas is suspended due to delivery chain issues.

In that same mail it was said that I could view MEW online on this site when logged in.

Unfortunately every time I tried it I get this error message:

"An Error Has Occurred

I'm sorry but we can't process your request at this time (bad referrer)"

I've send several emails to your customer explaining this issue so they could rectify it and also ask them if my paid for MEW's will be send to me as soon as the delivery issues are solved.

Unfortunately I've received no response at all from your customer service!

Can you look into this please.

Kind regards,

Richard Eversdijk

Richard, it is most likely to be the browser that you are using, I have just logged in as you and can view the magazines without any problems.

Have a look at this recent thread where "Lofty" had the same message come up and how it was rectified.

Hi Jason,

Lofty's way worked also for me, thanks.

Kind regards,

Richard
