Thanks, Bear

It's a nice updating of the Eames' original 'Powers of Ten'

First saw the original "powers of ten" at a 1975 OU Summer School, Not sure that the updated version is an improvement .

A Fascinating subject. As a boy I was inspired by this legendary 1968 Canadian cartoon:

Looking for the above I found the 1970 cartoon by IBM which is remarkably similar to the post-modern one.

Brian C,

I've lead a very sheltered life, the video was 'New' to me.

I was just sharing.

Bear r

I agree, well worth sharing. For me it bring back memories of a lecturer struggling to work out how to re wind the film when we wanted to see it again , and of the blank faces of a couple of my A level Physics students who could not add fractions even with the aid of calculators . Powers of 10 were just a leap too far. They had the advantage of being able to see it again by re wining the Beatmax version . Ahh true progress .
