Is the l.c mason 1'' minnie book worth £78 do you think, or do i risk trying to find a cheaper one?

It's only worth as much as someone is prepared to pay and personally I wouldn't pay as much, but I am not building the Minnie. If you are building the Minnie and want some guidance on the build it may be money well spent, it is after all a fairly low percentage of the total construction cost.
An alternative may be the actual ME articles detailing the construction.

Strange goings on. The OP is named as henryb and appears to be asking if he should pay £78 for the book. I sent a pm informing him of my internet search where I found a bookseller offering one for £40. A reply was received from "Colin G" saying that my quote is expensive, he has 2 copies of which he "would be willing to part with one for £30."

1) Why name change?

2)Buyer/Seller/ Scammer? or what?

Try to help but confused by the above. BTW, I am not interested in the book or building the model.

Think I'll just log out and retire to workshop

Henry, I have sent you a message as DMB was obviously not messaging you what I thought he may have been.
