Hello chaps

I am in need of a 6 Ba die to cut some mild steel, normally order mine from Avon tap & die, as i am at the midland show tomorrow thought i might pick one up from Tracy tools, just after an opinion of their stuff.

Thanks.

I usually buy HSS taps and dies from Tracy Tools, and have no problems with their quality. At a show you will probably get a discount.

Brian, Tracy tools are one of the longest established businesses attending shows and offering choice of HSS or carbon steel taps and dies, individually or sets.

I have used their products since the 1980's and never had reason to complain.

If, as a very rare event, you do have a problem, things will be put right by return and with no argument. Recommend as a supplier. (only ever used HSS from them)

Agreed, sponsored link on here but I've used them numerous times and the quality of taps/dies they offer is very neat, even for the cheapest carbon steel ones. Definitely better than the set variety.

The dispatch is also fast, sometimes unbelievably quick!

My Dad and I have used them for about 40 years since they were based in Dartmouth (now in Torquay). Nothing but praise for their service and help when looking for oddball taps and dies.
