Well going to Run this Sunday after a load of many problems,

I have had the Crank done that came loose rebuilt axle pump new boiler cladding now fits.

Just received a new Injector from Paul Pavier that really is suposed to be the very best,

I have had so many that did not work i have had piping changed plus i also changed also clacks ect.

I sent three to Julian Atkins who found the ventura in the tops where to big and would not work,

Julian going to send two back going to return to suplier see if they will change or refund,

I borrowed one from Julian that did pick up gave me hope.

Bought another from Manchester i think that one will be ok its a black one same as reeves.

Will fit the new one on Sunday and see if i have now got every thing sorted. I have run it on axle pump Ran fine till axle pump went and crank came loose.

I have now repainted it and for the first time feel very confident in it.

Roll on Sunday at Coalville its even forcast 21 deg so looks like its all going the right way.

We will see

Ron

Fingers crossed for you, not that you really need. Sounds like you've got all the bases covered.

Hope it's a good day.

Well Ran my Black 5 Sunday with new Injector from Pavsteam worked perfect picked up every time. Loco Ran ok but really lacking power. I had 7 adults on it realty struggled to pull them even in full forward gear. Guys at the Club suggested the Valve timing might be out so going to read up on it see if it’s set right. Other than lacking power she Ran ok. Back to drawing board get my head into books and learn how to set Valve timing. Ron
