HI can anyone help i am after blueprints for my steam enging as i have problem with steam regulater

the cheeses where missing so need to make new ones but the drawings i have are totaly diffrent.

i need help understanding the problem and how to sort problem.

i also need info on boiler as the steam regulater is bolted into boiler and have been told this is no longer allowed yet seen many like this.

i need to get boiler certificate so need to get it right
