Thanks.

I've notified Katy who deals with these things, hopefully she will be along with an answer soon. The Subscription company changed at the beginning of the month so there must be some teething problem.

Sorry Matthew,

This is the message on teh admin's notice board today:

"Subs now with DSB

We're moving to DSB for subs today, so if anyone on any forum starts a thread about problems, please can you email me, and I'll look into it for them

Katy"

We'll let you know when it's sorted.

Neil

Yes, the new number is an 0844 I'm afraid, but it should work:

08442439023

Apparently there are literally hundreds of links that need to be updated and cjhecked across our different titles and websites so the process will be slow.

Does this also affect international subscriptions?

On 25 September, I renewed MEW at subscriptions.co.uk/ron1 and was accepted but have not yet been charged on my credit card.

That renewal address is not accessible today.

Bit of a bargain really when compared to the digital cost of a lot of monthly mags that can be £4-5 each

After my ME paper subscription ended I subscribed to the digital edition last week, an email advised my subscription number will be sent by post, that was disappointing, I expected almost immediate access, but I still haven't received it.

My MEW paper subscription ends in 2016, but I have not received the last edition.

I had not realised there was to be a change in the subscription provider, I guess I will give it a week to let things settle down in the hope it will sort it's self out.

Hello, you should have access to the online archive for now, I'm sorry I can't help with your downloadable pocketmags issues, or the paper copies until the new subs provider is up and running, but I hope this will help in the meantime.

I subscribed to Model Engineer's Workshop (both on-line and print) a few days ago and I can't seem to access any of the "subscribed" content on-line?

I can't seem to access the Model Engineers' Workshop on-line archive. I also have no access to MEW at Pocketmags (without subscribing again).

I've entered my subscription number ( ) on the "settings" page and I try to access the archive and get this message:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

•Your Print subscription to Model Engineers' Workshop no longer allows you access to the Digital archive.

The Print + Digital Subscription costs only a few pence more per issue and entitles you to your print copies, access to this Online Archive as well as digital downloads of all of your subscriptions issues to enjoy wherever you go and to keep even after your subscription ends.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How do I access older copies (and newer copies) of the magazine on-line? My reason for subscribing was to have this feature!

Is there a time delay before I can access on-line or archive services? Please let me know ASAP as I have an important project to finish by this weekend.

Thank you for your assistance!
