Free Plan: Cross Vice to Vertical Slide

Produced in response to a reader request, E. G. Hartwell proposed this method of converting a cross vice into a vertical slide. This free plan was first given away with issue 15 of Model Engineers' Workshop, February/March 1993.

Neil . Thanks, as always, Neil Two large PDFs downloaded to GoodReader on the iPad ... Printing them is so 'twentieth century' MichaelG. . P.S. ... "apologies for the illegible edges, but there's no way I am chopping up my old MEWs!" It's not very difficult to remove the staples [like I did, when I scanned some pages for you] ...
