![]() 19226 forum posts 749 photos 86 articles | I have a small CCD camera but I can't find the part number on google. Can anyone suggest how to wire it up -connections are: On one side: GND, 5V (fairly obvious) CONV - I assume control voltage to adjust exposure? On the other: GND shielding XIN - I'm assuming this is video out. FS - what could this be? And slightly separate from the last three: P1

![]() 19226 forum posts 749 photos 86 articles | The only number is E138426, but I think that a board number. the CCD has a mask fitted I don't want to risk peeling so I can't see the chip number. It's an old CCD and some old CCDs can be used for video astronomy as they work well at low light levels, but that obviously means controlling it.. I guess any voltage between 0 and 5 will not do any harm. Neil |
