Apropos my posting of 6.15pm last night, I was telling my wife about my small business, Corpse Delivery Service, and she said, "There really is one, you know". In disbelief, I rashly doubted The Word of the Famous Debs. This was a foolish thing to do, I really should have learned my lesson after 10 years. Anyway, look at http://www.distefano.com and take away this thought, how did my darling wife know of this website, and isn't it just a bit worrying...?

Thanks everyone,

I needed to be totally drained and flushed out, needed some special additive before I could return to normal fuel. Then they found I was suffering from a blocked breather which is taking a while to fix, but they've given me a little spray perhaps it's Bradex easy-start.

Side effect of the work is that I seem to have lost a few pounds of extraneous bodywork, and I've been told to expect to spend a good fortnight running things back in.

Looking forward to when I can try a bit of 5-octane fuel.

5-Octane? No wonder you are feeling like milquetoaste! 95 is road-standard, 130 performance fuel, or Newkie Brown, Carlsberg Special Brew, Sanatogen or Buckfast. PG Wodehouse's Buck-U-Uppo, perhaps...
