Bob is clicking the ARCHIVE button in the black bar. (That button appears to do nothing since the site upgrade) The back issues are in the Magazine button in the green bar. (You need a subscription to access this) Dave

Steven, The Terms and Conditions that are listed on this website refer to purchases made through the Website i.e. Directly from MyTimeMedia. If you buy through an app the then you are purchasing from Amazon/Apple/etc (NOT MyTimeMedia) so their Terms and Conditions apply. So No Conflict. Dave (If you purchase a Sony TV from Amazon, it is Amazon Sales T&C's that apply and not those listed on the Sony Website) Edited By Steambuff on 23/12/2013 18:39:32 |

Thread: Downloading Digital issues to personal computer |
19/12/2013 15:46:33 |
I agree with Michael ... I am currently a 'Paper' subscriber, but have access to the online archive (until my renewal) I spend approx. 50% of my time away from home on business, so the online archive is essential for me. (Since I have the company laptop with me when I travel, I use this to access the archive ... but I CANNOT use PocketMags as I am NOT allowed to install any programs or download non-approved data) When I renew I will have to take the Paper+Digital option, but I will seek a written assurance that the online archive will continue for at least another 12 months. (No assurance .. No renewal) Dave |
Thread: Loco Nameplate |

I doubt ... This is what her web site currently says :- We are not presently taking orders for photo-etched plates. Due to circumstances, we are currently able to offer an artwork service only.

Try and refresh your page (using the browser refresh button or press F5) you might still have the old design in cache. Dave |
Thread: 3.5" Railway Gauge Association |

Thanks Rob
It would be useful if you had a profile on here , so we can see who/where you are! What about naming the 6 founder members, their interests and what club they are associated with (If any) - Both here and on the web site Dave |

Nope ... not till I know who is behind it and they answer the other questions raised in this thread.
The Domain was registered on the 24th October 2013 by "Steam Essentials Ltd" (A sole trader company based in the South West) The company was formed in May 2012 and its status is currently "Proposed to Strike Off" and its accounts are overdue. So I think we need answers to convince us that this is not a scam. Dave

Hi Rob, Just a couple of points in addition to Joe's points... It would be usefull if you had a profile, so we can see who you are! What about naming the 6 founder members, their interests and what club they are associated with (If any) - Both here and on the web site I think you need to provide a physical mailing address, so those that want to join and pay be cheque can do so. Thread: Complete Beginner Requiring Lathe Info |
05/10/2013 13:55:59 |
Corey, Important question ... What is your budget for the lathe and essential tooling? Take a look at the ArcEuroTrade web site to give you some idea of costs for a reasonable chinese lathe, if you are based in the UK, give them a ring .. they will answer any questions you may have and advise you. (They also offer excellent pre-post sales support) Dave |

Thread: Does anyone use the 'My Friends' feature of this forum? |

Ian, Nope ... I think the space that box occupies requesting you to add friends, could be better used. Dave |
