I have 3 0 to 4mm keyless from rotagrip which are super accurate but it comes at a price and they have no makers name on them so where they come from originally is anybody's guess.

Yes but that’s cut knurling Noel a very different animal to most of our tools that are available. I find that your scissor type knurled needs to be used with a bit of panache so be brave and put the pressure on fairly quickly to allow the wheels to work together giving you a clean finish. I must admit that I seem to do my knurling at a higher speed than most people I have talked to but whatever suits you is all that matter as long as you get a result.

Made the show today 400 mile round trip with no traffic little weather problems just had to wait for a ship at Sutton bridge but found the model eng part of the show disappointing and nearly 4 quid fro coffee in a cardboard cup a joke.

Do you mean CHS Head as my CH Heads don’t have the detent pin?. Making an internal stop for it will transform the way you use it!
