91 forum posts 8 photos | Hi chaps, I'm in the process of finishing my glr vertical boiler and want to use it to power some small stationary engines ( stuart s50 , Tina etc). However the the range of sizes of fittings is making my head hurt..... So I think the question is what size steam pipe do I need to use? Thanks in advance Dunc |

![]() 1860 forum posts 121 photos | use 5/16 x 32 tpi fitting with 3/16 pipe - remember to lag them if you can. Fot the exhaust use 3/8 x 32 tpi with 1/4 tube. This is not set in stone but it will work well and look right.
