![]() 46 forum posts 12 photos | hi all
i have started designing an overhead crane(the type that runs along girders) and i am having trouble sourcing small i beam, squires sell it but only in 1ft lengths.
does anyone know where i can buy long lengths(the longest i need is 1 meter) of i beam, im looking for some with a width of around 15mm and a height of around 15mm, although this is not critical.
i hope someone can help.
many thanks

by the way its only a model(about 1m long by 7ocm wide) , i may be able to use 25mm i beam max but it is not critical.
many thanks everyone
