Model engineer archive is still not available when will this be fixed , my subscription will run out before I get access again, are we going to be given free subscription for next year.

Your Model Engineer archive is down as lapsed, I have had no other complaints recently.

my MEW archive has also disappeared, appeared to expire about 3 weeks before it should have according to original subscription emails.  No invite to renew, either.
no response (other than the initial 'we'll look into it', a week ago) from subscriptions.co.uk,

 MEW archive, David. No complaints, hah, I've been complaining since I first subscibed, must be  nearly a year now .
 Got one early response but that never worked, never heared again, could never get passed copies of the  MEW issues that I had received by post. I gave up after 6months or so. Will not waste my pennies again.      Fred.

I have complained to subscriptions dept. and asked them to ensure all digital subscriptions run for the full 12 months.

I have emailed subscriptions on your behalf throught the year.
You appear to have had credit card problems through the year with credit card being declined, and also you being unable to work through the website.
We have no idea why the credit card is being declined.

My subscription is also not working.
 
It keeps telling me that I need to subcribe.
 
I would appreciate if you could address the issue.

*** Update ***
 
I noticed that under "My Details" that my account number had been "altered" somehow.
 
The system had trimed off the last three digits.
 
Once I correct it, all was well.
 
Notice to others. Check to make sure your number is correct !!

Do not enter the first two zeros 00.
This will cut the rest of the number short.

Hi David, some time ago on the ML Horology site at yahoo, you mentioned that many years of digital re works of your magazine would be available on this site, i have searched all over and can't find them, cheers David

Thanks for your reply on the 17/01, I checked with the credit card company when this came up and they knew nothing about it and said it had gone through. It shows you need to keep a close watch on credit cards ect. Anyway now I can get archive through my MEW subs every thing is right, getting archive via MEW subs is the best move ever

I wanted to download all the Northumbria editions of ME in PDF for later use. However I have found that only the first 5 relevant issues have a PDF version available. When will all the other issues be available to me in PDF please ?

As a new subscriber to Model Engineer, printed edition, do we get access to the digital archive for a year?
 
Apologies for the confusion; I'm just happy to be back on the receiving end of a ME printed subscription, but might like to see what I've missed recently, as one "drops into" various on-going series.
