Any recommendations for cutter regrinding services as I've got a quite a few worn milling cutters under the bench as I haven't yet got a tool grinder yet, I was just wondering if are they cost effective for the model engineer ?

I have made a mistake, it wasn't J B that I used for cutter regrinding.
Sorry if this has caused any problems.

Here is the cause of my confusion:-

The correct name for the regrinding service I used is BJ Tool & Cutter Grinding Ltd, 172c Stockfield Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham B27 6UA 0121 706 9893

I had some large Dormer countersinks done by Cromwell tools. They do have a few branches around so there might be one local to you. Came back nice and sharp - cost effective when comppaired to a new cutter - even taking into account the bootsale purchase price.
