146 forum posts 56 photos | I received my subscription renewal reminder and rang the credit card hotline. I waited for about 15 minutes listening to the piped music before I gave up. Tried again a few times with the same result. Then tried to renew online, but the price offered was 25% more than that given in the reminder. Then posted a message in the online site but have yet to receive a reply. So after being a subscriber for the last 140 issues, I've given up.
Anyone else had the same experience? |

10 forum posts | I had the same problem when I decided to subscribe to the digital issues. A phone call to the editor unscrambled the situation.

![]() 30 forum posts 2 photos | I.ve had exactly the same problem as Paul, albeit 5 days later. Still no reply to e-mail. The subscription dept is a joke, but they're having a laugh at our expense.
This is not the sort of thing our editor should have to get involved in.

I have several subscription problems to sort.
I have direct contact with the subscripition house so problems can be sorted reasonably quickly.
However, I have been away at the show for 8 days and have only just got back so after I have finished the next Model Engineer and sorted throught over 600 emails, I will try to sort problems out.
