300 forum posts | I bought a Primus 2000 burner assembly ( valve and nozzle with red Primus 2000 bottle) at a car boot recently. The last guy had fitted a home made burner and the thread's stripped under it.
Does anyone know the thread size off hand???
Thanks

![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | You seem to have found it Ian, I was looking for a 8mm x .75 tap the other day but could find all sizes fron 6mm to12mm except 8mm at my local supply (second hand shop), so I'll need to go into Christchurch (NZ) the nearest large town 40 odd Km away, but I was surprised to find an almost complete set of .75 taps. I need it for a preesure gauge that I want to fit on my latest hot air engine. I found it had the same thread as the jets for my primus torch. Ian S C |
