Either your surname is incorrect on the database or your subs number is incorrect.
Check the spelling of you surname against any documentation received from Myhobbystore.
Occaisionally it gets entered incorrectly although Bell should not cause a problem.
Also check your subs number is correct.
you can find this on your envelope or documentation.
If still no joy get back to me.
regards David

399 forum posts 167 photos | Thanks, checked all of these were and ok. Money has gone from credit card account so the payment side looks ok. Still no luck!
The only communication I have received is an e-mail, am I just being too hasty?

![]() 3357 forum posts 112 photos 10 articles | There are 2 MEW boxes on the "my details" page, one for the MEW sub and one for the MEW (Digital) sub which is the archive. He'd put his number into the wrong box. I just moved the number into the correct box and it works.
Maybe we need to try to make it more obvious which product is which. regards David |

399 forum posts 167 photos | Thanks Dave---I knew it had to be something simple! Must admit for some reason I did not really associate "digital" with back issues.
What does the other box do give access to subscriber content only? Not really sure why it is there but if something had said "back issues" I am sure I would have found it!
Cheers Peter |

4 forum posts | Hi,
I too have recently recieved a subscription as a gift to the Digital MEWS. Similar to Peter Bell I am unable to access the back issues. I have entered the 'reference number' recieved in an e-mail in the 'Model Engineers' Workshop (Digital)' box and and saved this profile.
Has my account been activated? |

You are not on the database.
Did you pay for the subscription yourself?
If no, the email and account would be incorrect.
Email me direct.

4 forum posts | David,
The gift option was used with my name as the receipient. The e-mail address used by the card holder was my e-mail. |
