I don't know if Malcolm had any family but if he did, the sympathy of the Model Engineer staff go out to them.
Full details are not yet known

The Telegraph on line has a story if anyone wants to read more about it, but it is disturbing.
I'm sure that I speak for all of us in expressing our sympathy for their families.

1017 forum posts 14 photos | Surely. I am not really a modern IC man, but I very much enjoyed his articles. Very sad. |

3 forum posts | I too am shocked. I have virtually finished a Nemett 15S as a first ic project - superbly described and illustrated. I spoke to Malcolm on several occasions at exhibitions and found him most approachable and helpful with technical queries. He will be greatly missed by the model engineering fraternity.
With the greatest sympathy to his family.

![]() 858 forum posts 215 photos | I have to agree with you Alf, the Nemett article was suberb, I built one as my first workshop model, which would not have been possible without the diligent and detailed effort "Nemett" put into the articles. I always meant to write to him to thank him, but never got around to it. |
