If in the UK, ignore the first two 0's and enter the next 8 digits.
That should do it.

I have just found out that the surname entered must be the exact surname ont the plastic bag.
If it is spelt wrong on the bag, you need to enter it as printed on the bag.
The case of the letters need to match those on the bag. See post below.

I've been having problems too with it not recognising my subscription number. I read your post regarding spelling of the surname & that was spelt ok. I did however notice that the surname on the bag is in upper case entirely whilst that in my profile only had the first letter in upper case. Changed my whole surname to upper case and voila it works, back issues now accessible!

I am an overseas subscriber thru EWA, I've also tried to input my subscription number with no sucess, I then emailed the above address at my hobby store and recieved no response from them, Since subscription number problems and how to resolve them have been well addressed for subscribers in the U.K. shouldn't your overseas subscribers get the same attention?
