I am also would like to know of any model engineer who do their castings at home who would like to do some castings for me of my own designs of patterns.

If you look on Ebay you might find some casting firms who will do castings for a reasonable price.
If you do the engine, please consider writing it up for Model Engineer magazine.

269 forum posts 73 photos | What size of castings are you talking about, also what material. I have a homemade furnace and can do most metals apart from cast iron. If you were interested in making your own furnace it can be done quite cheaply |
