2 forum posts | Hello, I have a pre MK3 BCA Jig Borer. It has a silver locking knob on the vertical slide, however unlike the Mk3 it does not have similar knobs below the longitudinal and transvers slides. This may be a silly question, but how do you lock the slides on this early BCA. Any help would be appreciated. |

This reduces any tendancy for the slide to move under vibration. 2) If 1 isn't sufficient, then nip up one of the gib screws when you need to lock the slide, you shouldn't need this though. |
