Small metric setscrews

Does anyone know where I can obtain M1.6 hex-headed setscrews? I can find socket headed, but not hex. I’d rather not use 10ba as I have not got the taps.

I think you'll struggle unfortunately. I needed something similar recently and couldn't find any. I ended up using regular machine screws.

If you want to buy from a UK supplier then Bruce (polly) engineering do them page 35 of the pdf catalogue or you can get a larger range from GHW or Knupfer in Germany.

These are 1 size smaller hex than standard so look about right on a model, I use them on all my own design models and tend to get them from GHW, my stock
