Hi Folks

Does anyone know what manufacturer of machine tools used this emblem cast into their machines?

Please check my album for the picture.

Thanks

Joseph Whitworth seem to use their full name but the initials fit.

Had a look in lathes.co.uk and while there were several manufacturers with the initials JW or WJ I could not find one with this logo/emblem.

It appears to be a shaper and the OP seems to be in Canada so may alter the perspective.

Might b better to post on HSM or if you dare PM.

Thank you for the responses. My father brought this shaper and a hundred plus other various machines to Calgary Alberta Canada in 1980 from Denmark so the shaper most likely is a European product.
